Cafe Chef (Part-Time) – Heathcock Bakery, Llandaff

We are looking for enthusiastic and determined chefs with good focus, to work in busy services and prep shifts. We make everything from scratch in our kitchen, using seasonal home-grown and locally sourced ingredients, along with carefully curated deli products. You’ll work under the guidance of Chef-Owner Tom Watts-Jones. A great role for work/life balance and sociable hours; working pattern roughly 8am-5pm.

Part time: 20-25 hours per week | 3 days | Pro-rata salary

Full Time Baker – Bakery HQ, Aberthin

As our baking operation grows, we’re seeking another baker to join our team. We have a dedicated Bakery HQ in Aberthin where all of our breads and pastries are made, before making their way to our Cowbridge Cafe, Llandaff Cafe, our pubs and our wholesale clients. 

We’re looking for someone to work around 40 hours over 5 days, though we can have some flexibility with this. Pay can be negotiated based on experience.
